A standard session with our Principal Clinical Psychologist is $260 (Medicare rebate $145.25).
A standard session with our Psychologist is $215 (Medicare rebate $98.95).
A standard session with our Mental Health Accredited Social Worker’s are $210 (Medicare rebate $85.20).
Medicare Rebates
please note While a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is not necessary to access our services, Our clinicians at Myrtle practice are Medicare-registered, allowing eligible clients to access medicare rebates.
To qualify for psychological services under the Medicare rebate program, a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist is required.
Each eligible client is entitled to up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.”

Additional Charges
An additional $20 fee applies for after-hours appointments, which include sessions before 9am, after 5pm on weekdays, and all weekend appointments.
Workcover Jake Abbott and Nicolas Preddey are SIRA approved and can see clients under workers compensation. Please inquire for more information for fees and availability.
NDIS Services While we are not an NDIS-registered provider, Myrtle practice accepts clients with self-managed NDIS plans to access our services and claim reimbursement through their plan up to the rate set by the NDIS for psychologists.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation that are made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur fees. If cancellations are made within 48 hours, a cancellation fee will be applied. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
- Cancellation with less than 48 business hours notice: 50% session fee.
- Cancellation with less than 24 business hours notice/No-show: 100% session fee.
