Our Services

Psychology

At Myrtle Practice, our psychology services focus on understanding and addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. We offer evidence-based therapies tailored to each individual. Our clinical psychologist works collaboratively with clients to explore the underlying causes of their concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster positive change. We draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Accredited Mental Health Social Work

Our mental health social work services take a holistic approach, recognising that mental well-being is influenced by many aspects of life. We support clients in navigating social challenges and accessing the resources they need. By addressing emotional, practical, and systemic factors, we help individuals build resilience and find balance.
